TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please allow 10 working days from date of order to delivery. This time period is set for our busiest times, in reality we usually turn orders round in 5 or less working days.
  
• All Claims for damages, shortages or incorrect engraving to be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling on trophy plates when the wrong information has been given to us. We reserve the right to charge for replacement plates at 99p each plus carriage.
• Payment to be made in full before or on delivery.

• Payments accepted by Cash, Cheque or Credit or Debit Card or Paypal

• Delivery of goods will be charged at cost by Royal Mail or Parcel Force or courier unless collected or delivered by one of our staff.
• Discounts apply to goods not to engraving.
• Goods order to the value of £150 to £299.99 receive a 5% Discount, goods ordered to the value of £300 and higher receive a 10% Discount.
• Free engraving applies to plates attached to trophies, shields and medal boxes only. Engraving onto medals will 35p per medal. All other engraving will be charged at cost eg. Glass and Crystal, Sliver and Tankards
• Engraving details will need to be received in hard copy. i.e. by email or in writing
